juz last day, my 3 year old niece, rachael, came over to me while i was reading 8 days and munching on ruffles
she had a sheepish look, then she did some poses before asking
"ayi, do you.. want chicken rice?"
i got pretty shocked, i couldnt speak for 3 secs
"umm, okay. yes, please"
then she grinned and ran off to the living room.
chicken rice at 9pm?
she came running back within 15 seconds
"how much? how many chicken rice?"
still trying to recover from her silliness, i just mumbled "3 dollars worth of chicken rice, thanks"
then i decided to put down the magazine and look at her 'make' chicken rice
she was playing pretend. there was no chicken rice whatsoever.
that silly baka. XD
and like how a kid would behave, she saw my chips on the table and forgot about everything else.
sigh. what a simple yet meaningful life she leads.
